Appreciation

“We want you to realize the peak you are upon. We want you to realize the process you are about. We want you to realize the potential for clarity and fun and humor and laughter and knowing and love and appreciation and what humans call the comfort of wellbeing.

We want you to begin to experience THAT more, moment by moment by moment by moment. Because life is supposed to feel good to you…

We want you to feel the fullness of who you are. And we want to say bluntly that anything less than that is really outrageously less than what you intended as you came forth into this physical body.”

~ Abraham-Hicks, North Los Angeles, 1/28/12

A quick post of gratitude for all of my readers, my mentors, my clients, my family, and my friends.

I am filled with joyous appreciation for the connection we share, and for the opportunity to be a part of your life!

Life When Stretched Is Celebration

“Sound when stretched is music.

Movement when stretched is dance.

Mind when stretched is meditation.

Life when stretched is celebration.”

~ Ravi Shankar

The theme of this blog is Celebrating Abundant Living: Body, Mind, and Spirit, so the above quote really resonated with me.

I have stretching myself by focusing my energies on expansion and stepping out of my comfort zone in many ways, and I am feeling refreshed and re-energized.  I find myself awakening rested and inspired, with an eager sense of adventure for the new day.  I feel absolutely on target to manifest miracles…as Abraham-Hicks says “ You know when you’re on the brink of it when it feels like the next logical step.”

I invite you to take a moment to think about how and where you are stretching your life into celebration, and I invite you to post your responses!
